Did your project ever feel a little like an elephant? Perhaps a heavy, bulky, cumbersome, or unwieldy project? Desmond Tutu wisely stated that there is only one way to eat an Elephant. One bite at a.m. You can accomplish almost anything that seems overwhelming, impossible, or even impossible by just taking a small step at a time. This is your project champion. Listen to today’s podcast to learn how to reduce complexity and confusion in your projects by breaking them down into bite-sized pieces that everyone can understand.

Ben Aston

I feel exactly the same way as many project managers and other people right now. Because I can’t do it right, I feel like I’m failing. I spent time on my projects. So, I just try to keep things moving along without starting too many fires or burning myself out by working too hard, you know, after the kids go to bed.
Ben Aston
Yeah. Have you found anything that works? If you can manage your work, schedule your work and communicate with others in your new setup. Is there anything that’s not working?
Emily Luijbregts
Yes, you do. I’ve been working virtual
